Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 states via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@specopswater.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
