What is Mission Membership?

Mission Membership is an annual commitment to the Spec Ops Water mission. Members receive water, membership benefits and a direct connection to the impact their membership helps support.

Is Mission Membership a subscription?

No. Mission Membership is not a traditional monthly water subscription. It is an annual membership designed to connect you more closely to the mission while providing benefits based on your selected membership level.

What are the Mission Membership levels?

There are three membership levels: Mission, Overwatch, and Operator. Each level includes a different amount of Spec Ops Water, contribution amount and additional benefits.

What is the Founding 250?

The Founding 250 are the first 250 people to join Mission Membership. Founding Members receive a unique member number and identifier recognizing their place in the original membership class.

Will I keep my Founding Member number?

Yes. Your Founding Member number represents your place within the original Founding 250 and is associated with your founding membership status.

What do I receive with my membership?

Your package depends on the level you choose. Memberships include Spec Ops Water, a contribution toward the mission, Founding 250 recognition, member benefits, and select levels also include Spec Ops Water gear.

Is shipping included?

Yes. Free shipping is included with all Mission Membership levels.

How will I know the impact my membership is making?

Mission Members will receive updates designed to keep them connected to the organizations, people and impact supported through the Spec Ops Water mission.

Can I change my membership level?

If you need help with your membership or would like to explore another level, contact the Spec Ops Water team for assistance.

When will I receive my water and membership items?

Your choice. Get the water all at once or have it sent in intervals (default method). Your gear will be sent right away.

What happens after the Founding 250 spots are filled?

Founding 250 recognition is limited to the first 250 Mission Members. Once those positions are filled, the original Founding Member numbers will no longer be available.
